Proudly female-led, Seen Presents has experienced a veritable whirlwind of a year. In January 2022, newly appointed MD Louisa O’Connor made it her mission to lead her then-team of four to success by celebrating the organisation’s heritage and merging it with her knowledge of the global experiential world, tech and entertainment brands.
In January 2023 it ended the year with 21 employees and a turnover of £7,130,881.
It has delivered both B2B and B2C events across EMEA including Cannes Lions, Edinburgh Fringe and Manchester and London Prides.
The plan for 2022 had been to grow TikTok as a core client, decrease the quantity of smaller projects and increase trust from clients to deliver larger global experiences. The hope was to triple the size of the team, attract top talent and achieve a turnover of £2.5m by the end of the year.
As it happened, Seen Presents ended up delivering TikTok’s first ever presence at Cannes Lions in June 2022 and its latest new client win is Netflix.
With team growth and a stratospheric turnover that far surpassed all expectations, it is fair to say 2022 was astounding. Delivering more than 50 projects across six countries, Seen Presents has nurtured organic growth without team burnout and retained clients by remaining committed to its trademark human-first approach.
