Seen Presents bolsters Senior Leadership Team with appointment of Alex Smith as Head of Operations

Seen Presents is pleased to appoint Alex Smith as its first Head of Operations, strengthening its senior leadership team as the agency enters a new phase of global growth, only four years into its journey.

The new role reflects the agency’s continued evolution as it scales internationally. With last year’s official launch of Seen Presents Inc. in the US, and five US projects delivered in 2026 alone, the agency is rapidly expanding its footprint on both sides of the Atlantic. Alex has already been instrumental in this journey, refining processes across the business to enable the delivery of major projects across Las Vegas and Los Angeles for clients including TikTok, Netflix and MediaLink. Alongside these US wins, the agency has maintained strong momentum in the UK and EMEA, recently welcoming new clients such as Pinterest, Peroni, The New York Times and Red Bull.

Alex joins Seen Presents from Amplify, where she most recently served as Head of Operations. With over a decade of experience across the experiential industry, including roles at Jack Morton Worldwide, she brings expertise that will help drive Seen Presents’ next phase of growth.

Her appointment reinforces the agency’s commitment to pairing creative ambition with operational excellence. She joins a close-knit, female-led senior leadership team headed by Managing Director Louisa O’Connor, alongside Client Services Director Natasha Broady and Head of Creative and Design Chris Blaydes. Recently recognised as Outstanding Leadership Team at The Drum Awards, this collective has played a key role in the young agency’s rapid development, winning Creative Experience Agency of the Year at the Campaign Experience Awards and featuring on The Drum’s Agencies to Watch list last year.
