MediaLink CES
Challenge
To design and elevate MediaLink’s brand presence at CES 2025.
Solution
We crafted a bespoke brand toolkit for CES veterans, MediaLink at the iconic annual tech showcase, including a custom-designed event logo, comprehensive brand guidelines, and stunning artworks for all event collateral. Inspired by the desert surroundings, we transported attendees into the outdoors, creating a refreshing contrast to the traditionally indoor-focused CES experience, even as guests navigated between hotels without stepping outside.
Using our refreshed identity, we designed private meeting areas, exclusive spaces for content sessions held by brand partners, and 16 unique meeting pods at The Aria Hotel, accessible to all CES badge holders.
We also designed a captivating, branded environment for MediaLink’s client, The Weather Company, using weather-inspired gradients and serene coastal aesthetics, perfectly mirroring the brand’s purpose.
In addition, we delivered Medialink’s highly anticipated annual CES Executive Dinner, attended by over 545 C-Suite executives and prospects. Hosted at the iconic LIV Nightclub in the Fontainebleau Hotel, guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening of networking, insights and entertainment.
The programme featured an exclusive performance by Meghan Trainor and a set by DJ Hesta Prynn, complimented by a bespoke motion graphics display designed by our in-house team.
