Microsoft Pride
Challenge
To support the Microsoft GLEAM team with the design & production of their float in London’s Pride Parade.
Solution
It was important to Microsoft to ensure every member of the LGBTQ+ community was represented, so we drew inspiration from trans-gay liberation activist Marsha P Johnson and decorated the float with over 68 custom floral inflatables in various designs, to depict the beautiful blooming flowers that made up the iconic flower crown.
Alongside the float, 70 Microsoft walkers proudly waved custom balloons, designed to represent all 34 Pride flags, to drive home the message of diversity & inclusion.
To hype up the crowd, LGBTQ+ legend and TV personality Tete Bang, played an iconic DJ set on the float, further fuelling the amazing celebratory atmosphere.
