TikTok LIVE Fest 2025
Challenge
To design and deliver a multi-day celebratory experience for TikTok’s top LIVE creators in Las Vegas for the second consecutive year, that would not only celebrate the individuality of the LIVE Fest community but also drive participation and content creation.
Solution
We delivered a modern Vegas-inspired takeover, transforming Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, and OMNIA nightclub into a vibrant TikTok LIVE Creator ecosystem. Hundreds of creators from 45 countries participated, each guided by a bespoke website translated into 19 languages that enabled them to build detailed profiles,
from dietary needs to TikTok handles, before arrival.
On-site, RFID wristbands which linked to attendee profiles unlocked seamless access across all three events, while capturing participation data across interactive activations and a gamified points system – where creators earned and redeemed rewards.
Guests were welcomed with curated room drops, setting the tone for their stay. In our dedicated Creator Lounge at the hotel, they could personalise their swag and interact with sponsored brand spaces, establishing meaningful touchpoints ahead of the
main programme.
The pinnacle event, the Global Awards, was designed to put creators firmly in the spotlight. From a glamorous red carpet hosted by Vegas showgirls to RFID-connected activations that quite literally put creator names in lights, every detail was crafted to celebrate their impact and individuality. The show itself was broadcast live to millions worldwide in a landscape format — a notable shift from TikTok’s vertical-first experience — hosted by Emmy Award-winner Keke Palmer and culminating in a high-energy finale from Demi Lovato. Ensuring a high-impact show, we designed layered 3D visuals which ran throughout and created personalised holographic-style award moments, captivating the audience in the room and online.
Our team arranged travel logistics for over 650 creators from 45+ countries - including flights, visa, accommodation and on-the-ground transport. To streamline the process, we built a bespoke digital platform, translated into 19 languages, that facilitated guest onboarding and essential information capture, all integrated seamlessly onto custom RFID wristbands. These wristbands also granted access to events, transportation and curated swag.
The pinnacle celebration was the Global Awards ceremony, streamed on TikTok LIVE’s account, drawing in millions of viewers worldwide. We crafted an awards show designed to optimise online engagement - introducing a first-of-its-kind interactive battle broadcast live – while simultaneously delivering an equally impressive in-venue experience.
The evening concluded with a high-energy afterparty at OMNIA nightclub featuring a DJ, aerial performers, and a real-life TikTok ‘Live Match’ game.
Our content team bolstered LIVE Fest’s impact by producing 40 video assets for official TikTok and talent accounts posted, pre, during, and post-event. Our multi-day content capture spanned rehearsals, talent promos, red carpet interviews and exclusive behind-the-scenes moments, extending the event’s legacy, reaching over 90 million followers and generating 248 million views.
