Pinterest OMR
Challenge
To capture attention and generate buzz around Pinterest at OMR in Hamburg, while showcasing its AI-driven, full-funnel marketing capabilities to advertisers.
Solution
We delivered an impactful two-day presence for Pinterest at one of Europe’s largest B2B digital and marketing conferences, creating a bold, unmistakably Pinterest booth that captured attention through playful meeting spaces and interactive engagement.
Standing out in a busy exhibition hall, visitors were drawn in by the “Trail of Pins”, a suspended lightbox installation that transformed the platform’s digital interface into a striking, physical centrepiece. This visual beacon made the space instantly recognisable, further enhanced by cohesive, vibrant styling and props throughout the booth that captured Pinterest’s distinct aesthetic.
Attendees were invited to engage with thoughtfully designed spaces and moments to connect, learn, and recharge. The on-site coffee station served as a natural hub for informal networking, while four meeting spaces tailored to different group sizes enabled focused conversations. Six workshops ran across the conference, giving guests the chance to deepen their understanding of Pinterest’s proposition.
Providing a digital pause, the “Pin Pals” activation invited guests to stop and connect in a more thoughtful way. Personalised postcards, created in collaboration with an illustrator using Pinterest’s new colour palette, encouraged creativity, reflection, and active participation, as guests could post their cards on-site.
Working alongside Pinterest’s internal creative team, House of Creative, we shaped the experience through thoughtful design, messaging, and storytelling, bringing the brand and its proposition to life in a competitive B2B space.
